Summary

ZenFlow is a focus timer and task tracker. Your data is stored either locally on your device (guest mode) or in the cloud when you sign in (Supabase). The free version may show ads using Google AdMob.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ZenFlow Timer (“ZenFlow”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data. If you have questions, contact us at zenflowdestek@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Account information (optional): Email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (Supabase). If you use Google sign‑in, Google provides us an authentication token and basic profile info allowed by the provider (e.g., email).
• Content you create: Tasks you create (task name, color, goals), and focus session records (durations, timestamps) plus derived statistics.
• Device/technical data: Basic diagnostics such as device/browser information and error logs to improve stability and prevent crashes.
• Advertising data (free version): When ads are shown, Google AdMob may process the Advertising ID (AD_ID) and related identifiers, and may collect/receive information such as ad impressions/clicks and device signals as described in Google’s policies.

How we use data

• Provide core features (timer, sessions, records, and stats).
• Cloud sync/backup for signed-in users (Premium features where applicable).
• Fix bugs and improve performance and stability.
• Show ads (Google AdMob) for the free version where applicable.

Where data is stored

• Guest mode: Your data is stored locally on your device (browser storage).
• Signed-in mode: Your data may be stored and synced in the cloud using Supabase.

Data sharing and processors

• Supabase: Authentication and cloud database/storage used to sync your tasks and sessions.
• Google AdMob: Advertising delivery and measurement (free version).

Note: Third‑party services process data under their own terms and policies. We configure these services to the extent available and required.

Legal bases (EEA/UK only)

• Contract / service provision: To provide the app features you request (e.g., storing tasks and sessions, syncing when signed in).
• Legitimate interests: To maintain security and improve reliability (e.g., diagnosing crashes).
• Consent: Where required for ads or certain device permissions.

Data retention

• We retain cloud data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.
• You can request deletion at any time (see links below).
• Limited data may be retained if required by law or for fraud/security prevention.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

ZenFlow is not intended for children under the age required by your region’s laws to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.

Your choices and rights

• Access / correction: You can review and change your tasks within the app.
• Deletion: You can request account or data deletion using the links below.
• Ads: Your device may provide controls to reset or limit the Advertising ID. Ad settings may also be available in Google settings.

Veri saklama

• Bulut verileri, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece ve hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli olduğu müddetçe saklanır.
• İstediğiniz zaman silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
• Yasal zorunluluk veya güvenlik/sahtecilik önleme kapsamında sınırlı kayıtlar daha uzun süre saklanabilir.

Güvenlik

Verileri korumak için makul önlemler alırız; ancak hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir.

Çocukların gizliliği

ZenFlow, bölgenizdeki yasaların gerektirdiği rıza yaşının altındaki çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır.
