ZenFlow – Account Deletion

In-app deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the ZenFlow app.

Alternative: If you cannot access the app, you can email zenflowdestek@gmail.com with subject Account Deletion Request.

How to delete your account (in-app)

  1. Open ZenFlow and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile/avatar to open the menu.
  3. Select “Delete account permanently” and confirm.

If you delete your account in-app, deletion is processed immediately.

If you cannot access the app

  1. Email zenflowdestek@gmail.com from the same email address you use to sign in to ZenFlow.
  2. Include:

After the request is completed, your data is removed from our systems. If required by law, limited records may be retained for a longer period.

  1. ZenFlow’u açın ve giriş yapın.
  2. Profil/avatara dokunarak menüyü açın.
  3. “Hesabı kalıcı sil” seçeneğine dokunun ve onaylayın.

Uygulama içinden silme yaptığınızda işlem anında uygulanır.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız

  1. Uygulamada giriş yaptığınız e‑posta adresi ile zenflowdestek@gmail.com adresine e‑posta gönderin.
  2. E‑postada şu bilgileri yazın:

Saklama süresi

Talep tamamlandıktan sonra verileriniz sistemlerden kaldırılır. Yasal zorunluluk varsa sınırlı kayıtlar daha uzun süre saklanabilir.
