ZenFlow – Data Deletion

In-app deletion: You can delete your data from inside the ZenFlow app (and you can also permanently delete your account).

Alternative: If you cannot access the app, you can email zenflowdestek@gmail.com with subject Data Deletion Request.

What data can be deleted?

Cloud-synced session records
Cloud-synced tasks
Cloud statistics/summary data

How to delete your data (in-app)

Open ZenFlow and sign in.
Tap your profile/avatar to open the menu.
Use “Delete all data” to clear your tasks and session records.
If you want everything removed, you can also use “Delete account permanently”.

If you cannot access the app

Email zenflowdestek@gmail.com from the same email address you use to sign in to ZenFlow.
Include:
- Your ZenFlow account email
- What you want to delete (e.g., “all sessions”, “all tasks”, “stats”, or “everything”)

ZenFlow’u açın ve giriş yapın.
Profil/avatara dokunarak menüyü açın.
“Tüm Verileri Sil” seçeneğini kullanarak görev ve oturum kayıtlarınızı temizleyin.
Tamamını kaldırmak isterseniz ayrıca “Hesabı kalıcı sil” seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız

Uygulamada giriş yaptığınız e‑posta adresi ile zenflowdestek@gmail.com adresine e‑posta gönderin.
Şunları yazın:
- Hesabınızda kullandığınız e‑posta
- Hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğiniz (ör. “Tüm oturumlarım”, “Tüm görevlerim”, “Hepsi”)
